LegalGeneral ConditionsYour relationship with WheelsAbroad and the car rental agencyWheelsAbroad sources rental vehicles from various car rental agencies around the world. The rental is subject to the laws of the destination country, and to the legal terms and conditions imposed by the rental agency in their rental agreement. You should satisfy yourself that you understand and agree to these laws and terms and conditions. By planning and booking your rental through WheelsAbroad, you acknowledge that WheelsAbroad is acting only as a facilitator of your reservation. Our liability to you for any loss, damage, injury or accident, whether arising through negligence, breach of contract or any other cause shall be limited to the amount of the Pre-payment you make to us with your booking, provided that nothing in this clause shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer. WheelsAbroad will not be held responsible for any consequences of customers failing to present a valid Driver's Licence and credit card at the start of rental, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, off-road driving, dangerous driving or failure to adhere to local traffic and driving rules, or misrepresentation by the customer. Our commitment Notwithstanding any of this legal stuff, the only thing we like more than a customer is a happy customer. If something goes wrong with your rental booked through WheelsAbroad, we and our supplier partners will do what we can to make it right. Book early and drive a bargain
